I’ve used iControlWP for just over a year now and have found it nothing but super for managing multiple WordPress sites.
I manage a handful of WordPress sites and previously just checking for updates would take the best part of an hour – and performing the backups and updates on all the sites several more hours. Eww.
With iControlWP and WorpDrive the whole process takes 15 minute to backup and update every site. And should a plugin update cause a problem restoring from the backup is a breeze.
I really like that the time consuming work happens in the background, so I use the Bulk Update tool to say “Go do stuff”, make a coffee and then come back to test.
I can’t believe I get so much automated update magic in WordPress for such a reasonable cost.
